These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of clone4ever.com, its contact and inquiry features, research information, current-trial materials, pre-order information, and other website services associated with Clone4ever. Clone4ever is a project of PC Web Systems, LLC ("PC Web Systems," "we," "us," or "our").

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Project purpose and status

Clone4ever is an active research and development project exploring persistent digital identity, memory, artificial intelligence, continuity, and related technologies. The project is experimental. Descriptions of planned capabilities, research goals, trials, architecture, roadmaps, and future products may change as development continues.

2. No promise of identity, consciousness, survival, or medical outcome

Clone4ever explores technical and philosophical questions involving memory, identity, continuity, and AI behavior. Website statements about those topics describe research goals, concepts, hypotheses, or possible future applications. They are not guarantees that a digital system will reproduce, preserve, transfer, continue, or prove a person's consciousness, legal identity, biological life, or subjective experience. Clone4ever is not a medical treatment and does not provide medical, psychological, or end-of-life advice.

3. Current trials

Information presented on the Current Trials page may describe development stages, internal experiments, benchmarks, model behavior, memory-retrieval experiments, AIS integration, or other research activity. Trial results may be preliminary and may change as software, models, datasets, prompts, hardware, and experimental methods evolve.

4. Pre-order status

The current Clone4ever pre-order offer is not finalized. Website content inviting pre-order inquiries is informational and does not by itself create a binding sale, completed order, guaranteed reservation, license, or obligation to deliver a product. If a finalized pre-order or purchase program is launched, the price, product scope, payment terms, delivery terms, refund terms, license terms, and other applicable conditions may be presented separately before a transaction is completed.

5. Website use

You may use the website for lawful informational, research-interest, product-interest, and communication purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, abuse contact systems, send spam, introduce malicious code, or use automated requests in a manner that disrupts or burdens the service.

6. User submissions

You are responsible for information and materials you voluntarily submit. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, confidential third-party information, private recordings, biometric or physiological data, health information, proprietary datasets, or other sensitive material unless it is necessary for the intended research or support purpose and you are authorized to provide it.

If you voluntarily provide materials for research, testing, or support, you grant PC Web Systems permission to use those materials for the purpose for which they were submitted, subject to applicable privacy notices, written agreements, or consent terms that may also apply.

7. Future application terms

A future Clone4ever application, trial program, account system, subscription, license, AI service, memory-storage feature, wearable integration, or other product may require separate terms, privacy notices, permissions, or consent. Access to this website alone does not grant rights to unreleased software or future services.

8. Intellectual property

The website, Clone4ever name and branding, software, designs, documentation, research materials, graphics, code, workflows, trial presentations, and related content are owned by PC Web Systems, LLC or its licensors except where otherwise stated. No ownership rights are transferred to you by your use of the website.

9. Third-party models, software, and services

Clone4ever research may use or evaluate third-party AI models, software, operating systems, libraries, hardware, hosting, email, security, or other infrastructure. References to third-party technology do not imply ownership, endorsement, partnership, or a guarantee of continued availability. Third-party components may be subject to their own licenses, terms, and policies.

10. Security

You may not probe, scan, attack, bypass, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, servers, contact system, trial systems, research infrastructure, APIs, models, storage systems, or related services. If you believe you have found a security issue, contact us through the contact page and do not exploit or publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate it.

11. Changes and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue website content, research trials, project descriptions, pre-order information, planned features, software, or other services at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, research information, demonstrations, trial materials, project concepts, and related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, any specific research outcome, compatibility with every system, or suitability for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PC Web Systems, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the website, reliance on research statements, trial information, pre-release materials, or inability to access the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PC Web Systems, LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, your unauthorized submission of another person's information, or your infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
