Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
Clone4ever is a research and development project of PC Web Systems, LLC ("PC Web Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through clone4ever.com, including the contact system, pre-order inquiries, current-trial communications, and related website services.
1. Information we collect through the website
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Contact information: your name, email address, company name if provided, subject, message content, and other information you voluntarily include.
- Email verification information: verification status, temporary verification-code records, verification timestamps, and anti-abuse information used to confirm a valid email address.
- Pre-order and project-interest information: questions, expressed interest, trial inquiries, purchase guidance requests, and other information you voluntarily provide about Clone4ever.
- Session and security information: session identifiers, CSRF/security tokens, rate-limit records, request timestamps, IP address or hashed IP information, browser/user-agent information, and server or security logs.
- Cookie or browser-storage information: essential information used for site functionality, session security, and recording cookie-notice acceptance.
2. Clone4ever research and application data
Clone4ever is being developed around persistent digital identity, memory, AI interaction, and longitudinal research. The public website does not automatically collect a person's private memory archive, private AI conversations, voice recordings, images, biometric information, EEG information, or other life-record data merely because that person visits clone4ever.com.
If future Clone4ever applications or trials are offered to users and collect additional categories of information, especially highly personal memory, voice, image, behavioral, biometric, physiological, or similar data, we may provide additional product-specific notices, permissions, and consent choices before that collection occurs.
3. Information voluntarily submitted for research or support
If you voluntarily send us research material, screenshots, logs, recordings, memory examples, test data, or other files, we may use that information to evaluate the project, investigate a support issue, or conduct the purpose for which you submitted it. You should not send sensitive or confidential material unless it is necessary and you are authorized to provide it.
4. Pre-order inquiries
The current Clone4ever pre-order offer is not finalized. Submitting a question or expressing interest through the website does not by itself create a completed purchase, charge, license, or guaranteed reservation. If a finalized purchasing process is introduced, additional transaction information and applicable purchase terms may be presented at that time.
5. How we use information
We may use collected information to:
- Respond to contact messages, pre-release questions, current-trial questions, and pre-order inquiries.
- Confirm email ownership and reduce spam, automated abuse, and fraudulent submissions.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and research communications.
- Maintain records of project inquiries, support conversations, and research administration.
- Investigate misuse, security incidents, unauthorized access attempts, or fraud.
- Comply with applicable legal, accounting, security, and operational obligations.
6. Email and service providers
We may use third-party providers to deliver email, host or protect website infrastructure, process network traffic, or support other website operations. Information necessary to provide those functions may be processed by those providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Cookies and sessions
The website may use essential cookies or browser storage for sessions, contact-form verification, CSRF protection, security controls, and cookie-notice acceptance. These mechanisms are separate from any future Clone4ever memory or identity-storage features.
8. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information to service providers that help operate or secure the website and communications systems, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce applicable terms.
9. Security
We use measures intended to protect website information, including HTTPS, session controls, CSRF protection, email verification, rate limiting, access controls, and security logging. Because Clone4ever concerns potentially sensitive future data categories, security and data-control architecture remain an important part of the project's development. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Data retention
We retain website and communication information only as long as reasonably needed for communications, project administration, security, fraud prevention, research records, legal obligations, and normal business operations. Different retention rules may apply to future Clone4ever application data and will be described when applicable.
11. Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to applicable security, legal, fraud-prevention, research-integrity, and recordkeeping requirements. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, additional privacy rights may apply.
12. Children
This website and the current Clone4ever project are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
13. International users
PC Web Systems, LLC operates from the United States. If you access the website from another country, information you submit may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
14. Changes to this policy
We expect Clone4ever's privacy requirements to evolve as the project moves from research toward broader application use. We may update this Privacy Policy when website functions, trials, data practices, or legal and operational requirements change. The current version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
